Eid Sale Checklist: Email and WhatsApp Messages That Convert in the Last 10 Days
The last 10 days of Ramadan bring the highest buying intent of the year for many Pakistani stores. Here's what to send by email and WhatsApp, when, and to whom.

In short:
- The final 10 days before Eid are about urgency: delivery deadlines, best sellers and gifts.
- Send fewer but sharper messages, segmented by how engaged each customer is.
- WhatsApp is for opted-in customers only, and shouldn’t repeat the email word for word.
We’re in the second half of Ramadan, and for most fashion, beauty and gifting brands, the next 10 days decide the season. Customers are ready to buy. What they need is a reason to buy now, and confidence the order will arrive before Eid.
Your message calendar
| Timing | WhatsApp (opted-in only) | |
|---|---|---|
| 10 days before Eid | Eid edit / gift guide | Short note with link to the Eid collection |
| 7 days before | Best sellers + delivery deadline | None |
| 4–5 days before | “Last days for Eid delivery” to engaged segment | Deadline reminder to past buyers |
| Deadline day | Final call, morning | Final call, evening |
| After deadline | Gift cards / pickup / post-Eid preview | None |
Segments that make the difference
- Past Eid buyers: they bought last year and are likely to again. Show them new arrivals first.
- Cart abandoners: make sure your abandoned cart flow mentions the delivery deadline.
- Engaged but never bought: a first-order offer can work here.
- Unengaged: one email at most, or skip them to protect deliverability.
What to put in every message
- The delivery cut-off date for major cities.
- Payment options, including COD and any prepaid incentive.
- A clear way to ask questions: WhatsApp number or chat link.
- Real photos of products, not just graphics.
Things to avoid
- Sending the same WhatsApp broadcast to people who haven’t opted in. It gets your number reported and blocked.
- Fake urgency (“last chance” every day). Customers notice.
- Promising delivery dates your courier can’t meet. Late Eid orders become cancellations and bad reviews.
